Prize
A return trip for 2 to London, England, in November or December 2009.
Includes flights, airport transfers, 4 nights’ accommodation in a Hotel in London and £250 spending money.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Bentley Organic does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet or other errors.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The decision of Bentley Organic is final and binding in all matters and correspondence will not be entered in to.
Your personal details will only be retained and used by Bentley Organic in relation to the administration of the Sweepstakes.  Your details will not be forwarded to any third party. Only one entry per person or e-mail address. By sending us your details you are deemed to accept these Official Rules.

The Bentley Organic Sweepstakes begins on March 1st 2009 and persons may only enter online at www.bentleyorganic.com.

• How to Enter: To enter the Drawing (defined in Section 3 below) in this Sweepstakes, eligible individuals (see Section 2 below for eligibility requirements) must complete and follow the instructions to submit the official entry form online.
• Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of USA who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
• Any individuals (including but not limited to employees) who have, within six (6) months prior to the start of the Promotion Period or during the Promotion Period, performed services for Bentley Organic, Distributors, Agents, or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.
  
  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

• Random / Drawing/Odds:  The Sponsor’s designated judges (The administrator) will conduct a random drawing to select one winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period of 1 am Eastern Time March 1st 2009 to midnight Eastern Time September 30th 2009. The drawing will take place on or about October 2nd, 2009.  The potential prizewinner will be notified that he/she may have won the prize by postal mail and e-mail.  Potential prizewinner must respond within 2 weeks or prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.
• Travel companion of prizewinner may only accompany his/her parent or legal guardian on the trip; i.e., minor’s parent/legal guardian must be the prizewinner.   
• ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

• Prize, Quantity and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
• One (1) Prize is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. The prize is a trip to London, England for 2 (two) people (the prizewinner and one (1) travel companion). Trip consists of roundtrip coach/train travel between international airport near winner’s residence (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) and London, 5-days/4 night’s hotel accommodations (double occupancy), ground transportation in London between airport and hotel; and £250 spending money.  Total ARV of Prize: $4934. Any difference between actual value of prize and Total ARV will not be awarded to the prizewinner.  
• The prizewinner will be solely responsible for any travel insurance and/or medical insurance for the trip, as well as all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules. All taxes on prize are the prizewinner’s sole responsibility. Obtaining necessary travel documents (including passport) is the prizewinner’s sole responsibility.   
• The Hotel will be a 3* minimum and is of Sponsor’s sole choosing.
• Changes are not permitted after air ticket issue.  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. Air travel and hotel stay cannot be used by prizewinner or travel companion for purposes of participation in frequent flyer, hotel guest or other incentive award programs.  
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize with another prize of equal value in the event that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
•  Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates and additional restrictions. Winner must take trip between 6th November 2009 and 6th January 2010 and must provide Sponsor with desired travel dates (first choice of travel date and several alternate travel dates) no later than October 16th 2009.  Winner may not be able to travel on his/her first choice of travel date. Travel arrangements must be made using travel agent of Sponsor’s sole choosing and prizewinner and his/her travel companion must travel on same itinerary as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

• Limitations and Liability:  By entering the Sweepstakes, participants (on behalf of him/herself and his heirs, executors, administrators as well as anyone who may take by or through participant) agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, all other entities involved in the design, development and/or implementation of this Sweepstakes, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, expense, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, acceptance, possession or use or misuse of prize.  WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES OF HIS/HER TRAVEL COMPANION RELATED TO ANY SWEEPSTAKES ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RELATED TO TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCOMPANYING THE PRIZEWINNER ON THE PRIZE TRIP.  FURTHER, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR OTHER AUTHORITY. Any person who supplies false information or attempts to enter more than once using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void all that person’s entries and that participant will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is submitted as of date of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries.  The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes communication or promotional materials, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or otherwise; technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damage to participants or any third party’s computer or the contents contained thereon claimed to have been caused by participation in the Sweepstakes.   No more than one (1) prize will be awarded.  Participants further agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from entering the Sweepstakes.
• CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE, DEFRAUD THE SPONSOR OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

• General Conditions: Participation in Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of {URL}. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE THE WEB SITE. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or as otherwise deemed fair, equitable and in accordance with the spirit of these Official Rules by Sponsor. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on {URL}. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  Similarly, in the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail and govern.
• Disclaimer of Warranties:  NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ADMINSTRATOR MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, AND SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW OR HEREAFTER ENACTED, CONCERNING THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the USA; and (b) participants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of litigating any such action; and (c) any right to a trial by jury is hereby waived; and (d) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and a participant’s sole remedy will be an action at law for damages; and (e) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (f) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, constituted in accordance with, the laws of USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of USA or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than USA.

• Only one (1) request per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled.
  All Official Rules requests must be received by May 1st 2009.

  For winner name, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, envelope to:
